OSHClub News
Welcome back!
We’re thrilled to welcome you back for another exciting term at OSH Club ! We hope you had a wonderful holiday filled with fun and relaxation. As we kick off term 4, we want to share some important reminders and highlights from our holiday program.
Bookings do not roll over from the previous term, so you will have to ensure you book your child/children to secure your spot! Additionally, please ensure that your child brings a hat to OSHC as we are now entering Term 4, we also have a hat tub where you may leave a hat with your child's name on it at OSHClub for future times.
Holiday Program Highlights
Our holidays at OSH Club were packed with excitement and creativity! Our roller-skating excursion was a hit. We also enjoyed a stunning visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens, where the children explored nature’s beauty and learned about various plants and ecosystems. Additionally, our art activities sparked imagination, allowing everyone to express themselves through painting, crafting, and more.
Exciting Updates:
More Convenient Booking Options: We know that there are times when you need to book a session for your children at short notice. You can now make bookings using your Kidsoft Parent Portal right up until the session start time for a before school Rise then Shine session, and up until 8 hours prior to the session start time for an after school Stay and Play session, and 48 hours prior to a Holiday HQ session. Bookings may be available outside these times by contacting the service or Customer Experience team via phone.
Parent Portal Waitlist: We also know that there are times when the sessions you want to book aren’t available and to assist with this we now have a waitlist built-in to the casual booking system! You will be able to add your child to the waitlist for these bookings, and when a spot becomes available, your waitlist booking will automatically convert and you will be notified via SMS and email.
Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Updates: Increases to the CCS income thresholds and hourly rate cap effective from July 1 mean that families may notice a reduction in out-of-pocket gap fees on your statement.
We are committed to providing the best possible activities and education for your children and look forward to the opportunities the new financial year brings. Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!
Thanks and Regards,
