2026 Foundation Enrolments
The deadline for the 2026 Foundation enrolments is fast approaching. If you have a child that is due to start school with us next year and you haven't yet completed an enrolment form, please contact Kerry Parfett via phone or email kerry.parfett@education.vic.gov.au as the deadline for all enrolments is Friday July 25th (week 1 of term 3).
Family Time tomorrow - making a Time Capsule
🎉 It’s our last Family Time for the term! Come and join us in the library this Wednesday for a fun and creative session! We’ll be writing letters, drawing pictures, or filling out a fun questionnaire — all for our very own Time Capsule. We’ll seal it up and open it again at the end of the year to see how much we've grown!
Rhoda, Atika & I look forward to seeing lots of smiling faces in the library at 3:15pm to 4:15pm this Wednesday 😉 Please remember that all children need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Last week at Family Time, the library was full of creative minds — young and old — making some amazing window art! I wish the photos could have captured the look of pride on the children's faces once their beautiful creations were laminated and cut out. The colours and patterns were absolutely stunning — a definite hit with everyone who joined in! Special shout out to Eliza & Meryam for taking these photos 😃👍

Westbreen Community Playgroup
Our weekly playgroup is held in the Specialist Building every Thursday morning just after the bell goes at 9:00am until 10:30am and if it's a nice day, the group often take the children outside for a play on our playground. You don't need to have a child at Team Westbreen to attend as our Playgroup is open to all members in our local community. If you have a family member, neighbour, or any friends with a baby, or child under 5, please invite them to come along to our Playgroup, everyone is welcome.

Volunteering at Team Westbreen
At Team Westbreen we love having our community involved in helping to enhance the learning experiences of our students. If you are interested in volunteering in any of the many ways available, please contact me for more information. All volunteers need to have a current WWCC and have completed a short Volunteer Induction session with me.
