Principal's Message

Mrs Nicole Burden

Week 6 has seen another busy week at the school.

A reminder to all students about our school expectations of being Safe, Respectful, Learners.

Bus Expectations

The expectation of being Safe and Respectful extends to children catching the bus to and from school. Please see the code of conduct for school students on buses below and talk about these expectations with your children.

Jump Rope for Heart

Jump Rope for Heart is well underway and it is great to see so many children out in the playground skipping with smiles on their faces. Eglinton Public School has already raised an amazing $2543. A huge shout out to the 22 children who have raised funds so far: Xavier, Chelsea, Tilly, Alex, Leo, Mia, Levi, Charlee, Hazel, James, Abigail, Sofia, Arlo, Kaydence, Josana, Emily, Noah, Olivia, Isabella, Charlie, Amelia and Lachlan.

AFL Clinic

Kinder are continuing to enjoy their AFL clinic each Tuesday. They are learning many fundamental movement skills with being active outside.

Basketball

On Wednesday, our PSSA boys and girls basketball teams competed at CSU. Both teams represented our school with pride and determination. Congratulations to the boy's team who will progress to the next round.

Australia's Biggest Morning Tea

We are grateful for every donation received for last Wednesday's Biggest Morning Tea. Raising $699, staff and students enjoyed their morning tea outside in the sun.
