YEAR 10

WEEK 8: KEY INFORMATION

LAST WEEK

Last week, Year 10 students participated in the Unleashing Personal Potential workshop. They engaged in activities focusing on personal growth and habit formation. In their reflections, students highlighted that the main takeaway from the workshop was the concept of Cue, Routine, Reward. This powerful framework helps in understanding and forming positive habits by identifying the trigger (cue), the action taken (routine), and the benefit received (reward).

THIS WEEK

Monday, June 3, is the Public Speaking Seminar from 3:30 - 4:30 pm. This is an optional presentation, however, all year 11s are invited to attend. The seminar is an excellent opportunity for students to improve their public speaking skills for subjects and leadership development.

We look forward to seeing students of all abilities participating to earn valuable points for their house at Tuesday’s Athletics Carnival. With a Hollywood theme for dress-up, we encourage our Year 10 students to fully embrace the spirit of the occasion. Let's make this event memorable and full of fun! A reminder that this is a compulsory school day for all students to attend.
