Student Voice

We are so excited to launch the new look and name of our newsletter – Rise and Shine! Last term, our students were asked to brainstorm names for our newsletter and offer a class submission. It was here that we were able to narrow down the wonderful, creative submissions and put it to a whole school vote.  It was a tough choice, as we had so many amazing submissions. Rise and Shine was our clear winner and was actually the initial submissions from 3 classes: 2C, 6A and 6E. What a legacy our students leave! This newsletter will be read by many families for years to come. This was also a perfect opportunity for students to use their voice and influence decisions within our school – and wow, do we have creative voices within our school!
