Well done to our award winners in Week 9 and 10

Well done to 1/2 HE for winning the Berny Trophy in Week 9 and 10

The 1/2 ‘s have an exciting new leadership role, we have ‘environmental leaders’.

This role will include doing the class compost, monitoring the bins and ensuring that we are putting the correct rubbish in each bin, reporting back to the 1/2 team at our unit assembly on how sustainable the class has been.

We have been enjoying learning about area making connections to our multiplication and division learning.

We have been enjoying learning about area. 

The 5, 1/2 classes measured the area of their classrooms to see who’s was the biggest. They were all very close.
