French Day 

Our French Day celebrations this week were enjoyed by all!  The school was awash in the French colours of blue, white and red and everyone enjoyed dressing up in the French theme.

The French Assembly saw the Preps singing French songs and some Grade 6 students performing acts with a French twist.

 Students also enjoyed watching a French Performance, "Bastille Day Exclusive with Chris!"

The Pain au Chocolat and Escargot eating competitions were a 

highlight once again!

The whole school was out cheering and teachers were watching from every angle.

The smiles and screams were a delight to watch!

Unfortunately the students missed out on the ice-cream but they will all be served a cup of French glace (ice cream) on the last day of term. On Friday, they will be served a cup of blueberry, lemon and strawberry sorbet!

Gluten free and dairy free! 

Un pot, une boule, myrtille, citron et fraise! 

I'm sure there will be many happy faces when the ice cream van arrives!

Everyone made a great effort with the French colours and costumes!
