The College musical will be staged at the Clocktower Theatre on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd August.
Auditions will be held on Monday 16th February and Tuesday 17th February after school. Students who attended last week’s information session have the details. Any students who didn’t attend but are interested, email the musical director – Mrs McCarthy
Music Camp!
This morning 118 student musicians left for 2½ days of music-making. The Symphonic Band, Gravity Band, Big Band, String Orchestra, String Fusion and Year 7 – 12 vocalists travelled to the beautiful venue, “The Heights” in Belgrave Heights. A full report will appear in Whispers next week.
More Than 500 Music Students!
Last Friday we enrolled the 500th student learning an instrument or having vocal lessons. This is an exciting milestone. It is not too late to enrol students in instrumental/vocal lessons.

Instrumental Ensembles
For students who are learning an instrument there are many ensembles from which to choose. These music groups provide students with an opportunity to transfer and stretch skills as they meet the challenges of performing in a band or orchestra. If you are interested in inquiring about any of the ensembles below, contact the staff leader listed to check for vacancies and student suitability.
