đ 2026 Whole School Production â The Journey Begins!
The excitement is building for our 2026 Biannual Production, and we couldnât be more thrilled!
Our staff are buzzing with ideas, and our Grade 5/6 students have already been given a few special âbehind-the-scenesâ snippets about this yearâs show. The script is almost finalised, choreography ideas are flowing, and the creative energy across the school is fantastic.
đ¤ Auditions Underway (G5/6)
Last week, grade 5 & 6 students had the opportunity to reflect on:
- Whether they felt comfortable auditioning for speaking roles
- Singing parts
Instrumental performances

Students nominated their interests via Seesaw, and this week, those who expressed interest in lead and secondary speaking roles have been working with an audition script during Wellbeing lessons with Sra. Karren.
The audition script has been carefully designed to help students:
- Understand performance cues
- Practise projection and expression
- Explore emotional range
- Develop stage awareness
Students have also been provided with a clear rubric, so they understand exactly what we are looking for â including confidence, preparation, interaction with others, and presence on stage.
In the coming weeks, Rob and Sra. Karren will hold official auditions for:
- Speaking roles
- Singing roles
- Instrumental parts
đ An Ensemble of Talent
This production will showcase the incredible breadth of talent across our school. It is not just about lead roles â it is about:
- Ensemble performance
- Dance
- Choir
- Instrumentalists
- Storytelling
- Cultural celebration
Every student will play an important part in bringing this journey to life.
