Neurodiversity - FREE ADHD webinar series

The below may be of interest to staff wishing to learn more about ADHD. Although it seems to be targeted more towards parents of high school age children, content could still apply to younger individuals.

"Big feelings, bigger hearts is the second in a 5-part series on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

This free information session will be hosted by Tony Vallance, from Building Better Brains, for an overview on navigating ADHD, anger and impulsivity.

Participants will deepen their empathy and resilience in relationships, as Tony provides practical strategies for handling emotional outbursts.

Recommended for parents and carers with young people aged 12 to 20. Young people are also welcome to attend.

This session is delivered in partnership with Boroondara, Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges councils."
