This is the Greatest Show

Our school performance, "The Greatest Show" is beginning to take shape as we work towards a show time deadline of the 11th and 12th of September.

 

Here's a sneak peek of the 3/4L and 5/6K's first rehearsal in front of the whole school.

Tickets will go on sale via Trybooking @ 12pm on Monday August 12th. Bookings will CLOSE on Monday 26th August.

 

A link will be sent via OPEROO and SEESAW.

 

The number of seats each night has been calculated to enable all families access to 3 tickets. If seats remain unsold, these will be available for purchase on a first in basis. 

 

Information about additional ticket sales will be provided when known.

 

The first night of the show will be professionally recorded.

Important things you need to know:

  • The dates for the show are Wednesday 11th September and Thursday 12th September
  • All students are required to perform on both nights
  • The night where a child's family doesn't have seats booked, they will do a drop off and pickup only
  • The venue is Emmanuel College (Notre Dame) Theatre, 2 Foxwood drive Point Cook
  • Families of students with surnames A - M are invited to purchase tickets for  the Wednesday Performance
  • Families of students with surnames L - Z are invited to purchase tickets for the  Thursday Performance
  • Tickets are $15 each and seats will be allocated.  (Please note - if toddlers can sit on their parents' knees for the entire performance, they don't need a ticket.)
  • SMDP students do not need a ticket
  • Students are required to be at the theatre by 6.30pm. The show begins at 7pm and will end @ 8:15pm
  • Next week (beginning August 12th) class teachers will inform parents/carers of costume requirements
  • Costumes are required to be at school on Monday September 2nd for an in-school dress rehearsal
  • A full rehearsal (without costumes) will take place at Emmanuel College on Tuesday September 10th
