Mathematics Competitions

We have just wrapped up an exciting week of mathematics competitions, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the parents for your support and encouragement.

Matific Olympiad for Foundation, Year 1 and Year 2 students

Our youngest students participated enthusiastically in the Matific Olympiad from 5th to 9th August. It was wonderful to see so many of them engaging with maths in a fun and competitive way. Several classes excelled, and it was especially gratifying to see the students working hard both at school and at home. Your involvement played a significant role in their success, and we appreciate your dedication.

Australian Mathematics Competition for Years 3 to 6 students

Students in Years 3 to 6 competed in the Australian Mathematics Competition from the 6th to 8th August. The level of participation and effort was impressive, with many students challenging themselves to solve complex problems. We will be sharing individual results with you as soon as they become available.

These competitions are not just about winning prizes—they help to foster a love for mathematics and build confidence in our students. Thank you again for your ongoing support in making these events a success.
