  • Eligibility: All employees (some exceptions highlighted in the policy)
  • Award Payments: Referral awards are structured based on the position type:
    • Production: Total award of $500, split into two payments of $250 each at 30 days and 6 months.
    • Office: Total award of $1000, split into two payments of $500 each at 30 days and 6 months.
    • Specialized: Total award of $2000, split into two payments of $1000 each at 30 days and 6 months.
  • Procedure: Ensure the referred candidate selects "I know someone at The Toro Company" in the application process and completes the necessary questionnaire.
