And it's done!

The new Senior Secondary Building is complete

Our biggest and most complex building project ever is now a fully functioning space for students in years 10 - 12. Begun in late 2022, we moved into it during Term 3, while the final touches to landscaping were still ongoing.

 Practically the building contains:

  • Secondary Resource Centre (Library)
  • 17 Senior classrooms and learning areas supporting Humanities, English, Maths, Science and LOTE
  • Science Wet Labs and Food Studies spaces
  • Secondary Administration and Staff Offices.

Formally dedicated on Friday 6 September, it's a spectacular learning environment over five floors, as the pictures below attest. Many of the spaces also adapt to other community functions, and, with artwork by Indigenous artist Safina Stewart, whose works also adorn the Community Hub and the Year 9 campus at Hall Road, it is proving a building that is a joy and a blessing to use.
