New opening day and time for SHUS
The PFA is excited to announce a new opportunity to visit the Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS).
The next opening will take place on Sunday 22 June from 2.00 to 4.00pm in Dalton Hall, allowing a convenient alternative for busy families.
Head on down to stock up on winter items, replace anything that no longer fits, and save with great and affordable prices. The fabulous and friendly SHUS team will be there to help with everything you need.
Join the Kilvington Cares Team
The Kilvington Cares food program supports members of our school community with a home cooked meal, offered anonymously by our generous volunteer cooks. We are looking for more wonderful people to join the team.
Some of our cooks provide a meal once a term, some just once a year. We are grateful for all contributions to continue this caring and compassionate PFA initiative.
The meals do not have to be fancy – spaghetti bolognese, chicken stew, some chocolate muffins or choc chip cookies are all gratefully received and devoured by the recipients.
You can choose to cook both a savoury and sweet dish or just choose one – it’s up to you.
One recipient said, 'I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to you all for the wonderful meal that was delivered last night. It was incredibly thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The meal was not only helpful, but also delicious. Your kindness and support mean a lot to me, and I am truly grateful to be part of such a caring community at Kilvington Grammar School. Thank you once again for your generosity and thoughtfulness.'

Reminder - PFA Staff Thank You Morning Tea
A reminder to all families to please consider contributing a sweet or savoury treat for the PFA Staff Thank You Morning Tea next Wednesday 18 June.
Treats such as finger sandwiches, slices, scones, sausage rolls, cupcakes, cookies, tarts, pastries or mini quiches are all welcome. Please label your item and note if it’s gluten free, vegan, dairy free, etc. No nuts please.
Please deliver a plate/container/packet of goodies to Main Reception from 8.00am on the morning of 18 June for staff to enjoy at Recess.
Reusable and named containers can be collected from Main Reception from 2.00pm.
Students and families are also welcome to include a note of appreciation for our 'Wall of Gratitude'.
EOI - 2026 Trivia Night Committee
The PFA is exploring the idea of hosting a Trivia Night for all parents in Term 2, 2026 and is looking for more interested parents to join an organising committee.
If you love trivia, enjoy event planning, or simply want to get involved, we’d love to hear from you. The committee will be supported by the PFA and the School and it promises to be great fun.
