The Principal Team

Our musical is coming your way.

The stage is set and Matilda the Musical is ready for an audience. After many months of Year 6 students' preparation, rehearsal and commitment, let us entertain you. We are so excited that our opening nights, next Tuesday and Thursday, are so close.

Regional Athletics

Congratulations to Taylah and Polly for their hard work and success at the Southern Metropolitan Region Athletics Competition. Polly finished first in the 9-10 year girls hurdles. Polly also finished second in the 9-10 year girls 200m. Taylah finished second in the 11 year girls 100m. Both will be competing at the State Championships on 1st November at Lakeside Stadium in Albert Park. We are so proud of you.

We love our Story Dogs

At last week's assembly I was honoured to accept a plaque from our Story Dogs team, represented by Maureen and Milo, to acknowledge our sponsorship of the program. The program is deeply valued at our school as it makes reading fun and encourages confident life-long readers.

Our Vision - The Future of our School Hall

Our school council is looking for any parents, carers or community members, who may have architectural expertise and the time to work with us in drafting initial designs for a new school hall. For some time we have reflected on our wish for the students of Beaumaris Primary to have an educational setting that mirrors our pride and values.

A focus of these discussions has been our school hall.

We know fundraising for a new facility requires community commitment and political support. Whilst it also requires patience, our school council are eager to make this a reality for our future. Thanks to recent fundraising at our Walkathon and upcoming Fete, we will have a small financial basis. Looking ahead we will also form a working party for this significant project.

This approach resulted in Beaumaris Primary gaining a magnificent new oval, so let's work together again for a new Hall for Beaumaris Primary. If you have the skill to support with architectural design, please contact our General Office and I will be touch

Will you be at Beaumaris Primary next year?

We are working towards establishing staffing for 2024 and determining student numbers is essential. Our numbers at Beaumaris Primary remain strong, but if you are aware your child or children won't be with us next year, it would be very helpful if you could let our office admin team know as soon as possible. Thank you.
