Year 11 & 12 VM Welding Masterclass
The Years 11 & 12 VM students were again blessed by the sensational Stuart Ellam as they learned technical and practical aspects of welding. Stuart and our wonderful asset manager Justin Mason helped the students to work on a walk-in bird aviary, which will be used as a part of the senior agriculture program.
Stuart patiently and expertly guided our students through the basics of welding and helped them to see the possibilities of working with metal.
Compassion Finals Fever Community Market
Our Year 10, 11 & 12 VM students created stalls coevreing a wide range of food products and did a great job. They raised $510.90 net profit and along with a very generous $50 donation from Russell Svigos’ “Dewey” book stall and $432.25 from VCE Business Management stalls, gave the grand total $993.15 to Compassion.
This is an amazing blessing for Anton, Krisna and Riri, along with their families and local communities. Thank you so much to Sonja Campbell for donating the VCE Business Management net profits and Ben Kelly and Justin Mason for the mountain of work they did setting up and packing up the market.
The Term 4 Christmas Market on the North Campus will be huge and is being held on Thursday 30 November in the Trade Skills Centre.
