We would like to welcome all Stage 2 students back to school for Term 4. The year is flying by!
Thalgarrah Excursion
During November this term, students will be attending the Thalgarrah Environmental Education Centre. The students will be participating in activities involving life cycles and sustainability concepts. Please keep an eye out on School Bytes for permission notes and information regarding this excursion.

Scripture/Non Scripture, Ethics and Choir will continue to run on Tuesday afternoons.
English
Students are learning to:
- develop their understanding of the structures and features of informative texts
- improve their reading fluency and comprehension strategies by skimming and scanning for information
- present oral presentations to an audience with clarity and expression
Mathematics
Students will be building their knowledge of multiplication and division, mass and time. It has been great to see the students learning and improving through their engagement during lessons, our maths group structure and teacher collaboration practices.
Drama
Students have been participating in a range of drama activities this semester. Students are learning about various drama techniques and incorporating Indigenous perspectives into their activities.
Creative Arts Showcase
During Week 8, parents and carers are invited to join us for our Creative Arts Showcase. A range of student artworks will be on display from various units of work over the year. Students have demonstrated their use of colour, texture, line, and form within these artworks.
