Principal's Report

Tim Furphy, Principal

There were some tired faces turning up to school this morning after a big weekend, particularly those involved in the F-2 P Party and Sleepover. There were nerves, excitement and much anxiety about Friday night but I am so proud of each and every student who stepped out of thier comfort zone to come party, eat and stay the night. It's not very often you get to sleep at school, it certianly was an highlight! Big thanks to Sharny and Bridget for making it happen.

Over the past fortnight we had our fathers, grandfathers, uncles and special people in our lives come to visit for our Fathers Day morning tea. We had a huge turnout for bacon and eggs and games in the classes. Thankyou to everyone who came along, it was so great to see you all in the staffroom mingling among yourselves, then getting out and about to join the classroom fun. We really enjoyed having you in here, and hope the day was filled with much joy!

This brings us to almost the last week of the school term where we finish swimming, enjoy our SWPBS celebration day and our concert to finish. Big week ahead!

A reminder to please continue to be mindful in our carpark, we have children crossing and plenty of cars entering and exiting. Please be patient and courteous at all times. As set out in our policy, please collect students from the gate or an arranged location rather than them runing across the carpark to your car. Thankyou!

There will be a newsletter in the final week of term, mostly with important dates and events heading into term 4.

Please navigate your way to the School Events page for plenty of photos of what's been happening.
