R U Okay Day
In support of R U Okay Day, we’re excited to share that Ready For Life will be handing out FREE icy poles at lunch time to help spread the message of connection and mental well-being.
Come on down and grab a refreshing treat while checking in with those around you. Let’s make a difference together and remind each other that it’s okay to ask, “R U Okay?”
Success at the R U OK? Stall!
Our amazing Year 11 and 12 students, with a special shoutout to the Year 12s who ran the stall, hosted a fantastic R U OK? event. It was a wonderful blend of fun and support as we raised funds for their upcoming formal while also spreading important mental health awareness.
Students had a blast handing out R U OK? stickers and sharing information about the importance of checking in on one another. The sour straps were a hit too – a sweet treat with a sweet message!
A huge thank you to everyone who supported the stall and contributed to such a meaningful cause.
Let’s keep the conversation going and continue to support each other. Remember, it’s always okay to ask, “R U OK?”
