We look forward to a delicious bacon and egg breakfast with our school community. Don't forget to complete the Operoo so we can cater to everyone (including dietary needs).
We have some fabulous raffle prizes from Rusty Melicio and Bunnings so bring along a gold coin or two to purchase some tickets in the annual raffle.
We are bringing back the Paper Plane Challenge and the garden will also be open for families to see the developments.
The Father's Day Stall will be held on Friday afternoon. With gifts ranging from $2 to $5, there will also be a raffle for each grade. So send along some cash in a named envelope or purse.
Are you missing an item of uniform, a water bottle or a beanie?
At the moment our lost property area is taking over the foyer. We ask all parents to come in and have a look to see if any of the items have a home with you.
It is important to clearly name all uniform items, especially those that are kindly passed on by our families or are donated.
Our student leaders have already gone around to each classroom to try and offload some items, but with minimal success.
At the end of the term, any unclaimed items will either be recycled as material waste (those in worse-for-wear condition) or added to our second-hand supplies.
As a SunSmart school, we wear hats outside when the UV indicator requires it. That may be towards the end of the term with the beautiful weather we are experiencing today.
So it's time to dig out the hats and give them a wash or purchase a new hat from Beleza in Somerville.
