What have we been up to in the classroom?

In maths, we have been exploring multiplication and division. In writing, we are finishing our Autobiographies and will start to investigate the features of information reports.

Team Building Incursion Reflection

Students participated in an incursion based on Team Building, students worked on fundamental social skills such as getting along, listening to, and understanding that others may see things differently. Effective communication, support, and encouragement was explored, with students identifying and reflecting how words and actions can impact others. Students rotated through four activities that fostered these skills. It was a fantastic session.

Homework

Show and Tell homework was sent home in week 4 , focusing on co-operation and playing well with others. These will be presented during weeks 6 and 7. 

Reminders

Please continue to read and return readers. Mathletics tasks are set and available for your child to complete at home if you choose.

As always, please keep your children at home if they are feeling unwell to prevent the spread of viruses as much as possible.
