SRC Semester 2 badges ceremony
On the 6th August, our SRC students were presented with their badges at our Education week assembly. Below are the group of students elected by their peers to represent students within our school community for semester 2. Congratulations! Canteen Volunteer Drive
The SRC are working alongside the canteen to help promote our ‘Volunteers Drive’ during the month of August. Please see the poster below for details. If you could spare any time at the canteen it would be greatly appreciated! The class with the most volunteers points at the end of the month wins a pizza to share.
Green and Gold Day
On Friday 2nd August, Roselea celebrated the nationwide ‘Green and Gold’ day. It was fantastic to see so many students and teachers dressed in green and gold to support our Australian athletes, in what has been our best performance at an Olympic Games to date. Congratulations to all our athletes!

Playground Rosies
We are excited to inform you that our students have been busy collecting Playground Rosies for their respective houses. A Playground Rosie is a green token awarded to students who demonstrate respect, responsibility and kindness during recess and lunch. Once a student receives this special Rosie, they place it in a clear ballot box located outside the library. The house captains then calculate the points on a fortnightly basis and update the totals for each house. Each Rosie earns five points for the student's house.
A special shout-out goes to Aria B in 6L for dedicating her time to design the colorful, eye-catching house labels for the boxes. Aria measured the dimensions of the labels the day before and decorated the boxes for the entire Roselea community to see. We appreciate her care, passion and love for Roselea PS.
