This week in Writing, Grade 2 students are beginning the editing and revising process of their information reports.

VOCABULARY

Editing is the process of reviewing and revising content to improve its quality, clarity, and coherence. It involves checking for errors, inconsistencies, and areas that could be enhanced. 

Revising is the process of making substantial changes to a draft to improve its content, structure, and overall effectiveness. 

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Take one information report you have written in the last week and begin the editing and revising process using COPS and ARMS.
