Book Week Author – Stuart Tripp

The number one message from our Book Week Author – Stuart Tripp  was ‘turn up’. ‘No matter what you do in life, you must turn up. For yourselves at the moment it's you who must turn up every day at school’.   Such an important message for students that we would like to see them every day, in our attendance policy we aim for 95% as we understand students become ill, have specialist appointments, family commitments and various other legitimate reasons for not attending school. Where possible we would like to see our students every day. We celebrate such achievements at Whole School Assemblies held at the end of each term.

Curriculum Day – Friday 23/8

Is a student free day – no buses will run on this day.

School Uniform

Every newsletter this gets a run – it is a highlight of school. Our students do wear it with pride and like anything there is always room for improvement. 

Please ensure your child:

1. Does not wear active wear.
2. Undergarments are navy blue not black.
3. Hair that touches your child shoulder is tied back.
4. Socks are dark (navy blue or black) not white.
