I Believe in Me Day – Celebrating our Uniqueness!

On Wednesday the 9th of October, we celebrated I Believe In Me Day. 

This day was all about celebrating yourself and what makes you special. All classes started the day with circle time and we talked about what we love, are proud of and how we are unique. The Year 5/6 students made chatterboxes which had positive affirmations. Year 3 & 4 made self portraits which showed different emotions, while the Year 1 & 2 classes made puppets. The Foundation students made mirrors to see themselves for their unique qualities. After recess we met up with our buddy classes and decorated cookies together. It was fun learning about everyone’s differences and what makes us happy and special.
