Aussie of the Month
Congratulations to our October Aussie of the Month Sylvie Jones.
Congratulations to our October Aussie of the Month Sylvie.
Aussie of the Month is awarded to a student each month that demonstrates the qualities of fairness, mateship, respect and inclusion.
At GRPS we believe it is important to acknowledge students that are actively contributing to our community in a positive way and are consistently demonstrating our school values of respect, responsibility and a learner.
Sylvie has a heart of gold and truly embodies the spirit of an Aussie of the Month in everything she does. She consistently upholds our school values in all areas of school life. A dedicated learner, Sylvie tackles every task with enthusiasm, whether it's challenging or straightforward, always giving her best effort. Her love of learning shines through as she eagerly absorbs every new experience.
Sylvie listens intently to both her teachers and peers, showing a genuine curiosity for learning and a collaborative spirit. She is the first to lend a helping hand whenever someone is struggling, racing over with enthusiasm to offer support.
Beyond being an exceptional student, Sylvie is a fantastic friend. Her kindness extends to everyone, not just her close friends. She encourages her classmates to stay focused, helping them to keep on track, and is always ready to include others in her games, greeting everyone with her warm, welcoming smile. We always catch her being kind on purpose and spreading her love to everyone around her.
We are incredibly lucky to have you in 1D, Sylvie, and I can't wait to see all that you will accomplish as you continue your primary school journey!
