Fiesta Friday 22 November 2022

With only five weeks to go until our 2024 Fiesta, plans are now in full swing. Thank you to the many parents and school community members who are actively working on all aspects of planning.A few reminders of how you can get involved:

Donations are still needed for silent auction and raffle prizes. If you can contribute, please complete this form https://forms.gle/LefiwqW5Bcr422JM7 

We are also seeking donations of chocolate, drinks, Lucky dip items, etc.

Look out for sign up zone details next week to coordinate helpers across stalls. 

Tickets for fiesta rides will go on soon, please keep an eye on Audiri and for further messages.

We are seeking additional generators, square (point of sale) devices and marquees.  Please reach out to fiesta@smascotvale.catholic.edu.au   if you can lend any of these items.

Please help with chocolate, wine and more!! Week beginning Monday 21 October. 

As is tradition at St Mary's Fiesta, we are now asking all families to please help with donating the following items.

Baskets will be available outside classrooms from Monday next. 

Wine must be dropped off by an adult to the office - please do not send wine with your children of course.
