We are thrilled to announce that our school will continue its partnership with The Resilience Project in 2025, with exciting new content and programs aimed at fostering the wellbeing of our students. This collaboration will remain a whole-school focus, ensuring that every student, from the youngest to the oldest, benefits from the evidence-based strategies and resources that promote emotional resilience, mental health, and positive social connections.
In 2025, we will introduce fresh content that includes new lessons and activities centered around gratitude, empathy, and mindfulness (GEM), as well as practical strategies for emotional literacy and stress management. These additions will enhance the existing curriculum by equipping students with even more tools to navigate life’s challenges, build positive relationships, and maintain a balanced approach to their studies and personal life.
There will also be an increased focus on engaging families in the journey. New parent resources and webinars will be made available, providing insights on how to support the resilience practices being taught at school. This will help reinforce the program's key messages at home, allowing parents to play an active role in their children's wellbeing education.
Continuing with The Resilience Project as a whole-school initiative ensures that the wellbeing of every student remains at the heart of our mission, helping to create a thriving and supportive school environment where all students can flourish.
