Principal's Message

Hi Families,

We are thrilled to report a fantastic start to Term 4! It’s great to see students returning refreshed and ready to tackle the exciting activities ahead. Our classrooms are buzzing with enthusiasm as we dive into learning and prepare for the many events planned this term.

Greater Western Water Veggie Garden Completed

We are proud to announce the completion of our veggie garden, created in partnership with Greater Western Water! This new space will provide students with the opportunity to learn about sustainability, healthy eating, and the joys of gardening. A huge thank you to everyone involved for making this project a reality! We can’t wait to see our students engage with this hands-on learning experience.

Kismet Sing Squad at the Sunbury Show – Saturday, 12th October

Our talented Kismet Sing Squad is preparing for an exciting performance at the Battle of the Choirs at the Sunbury Show on Saturday, 12th October. This is a fantastic opportunity for our choir to showcase their hard work and dedication. We encourage our community to attend and cheer on our students. Best of luck to the Sing Squad!

Grade 1 and Prep Swimming Programs

A reminder that the Grade 1 swimming program will begin next week, followed by the Prep swimming program in the following week. Please ensure your child brings their swim gear on the scheduled days. Swimming is an essential part of our curriculum, and we look forward to seeing our students build their confidence and skills in the water.

Curriculum Day – Friday, 25th October

Please note that Friday, 25th October will be a Curriculum Day. There will be no school for students on this day as our staff engage in professional development activities. Their Care will be available from 6:30am to 6:30pm if you require care for your child on this day. Please make arrangements if needed.

Prep 2025 Transition Days

We are excited to welcome our future Prep students for the Prep 2025 transition days on the 7th, 14th, and 21st of October. These sessions offer incoming Preps a chance to explore the school, meet new friends, and participate in fun activities. We are looking forward to seeing them begin their school journey!

Thank you for your continued support as we move through the term. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to seeing the involvement and enthusiasm of our students, families, and staff.

Wishing you a great weekend.
