What is Passport to Success?
The Smith Family’s Passport to Success program prepares students for the important move to Secondary School. Students learn skills that will assist with the increased work load including time management, planning, goal setting and motivation.Passport to Success is delivered at school by a trained facilitatorand their regular teacher. Students have the opportunity to raise their concernsand hear from a secondary student about their high school experience and to increase their knowledge about what to expect.
Discussion time and opportunity to ask questions is provided and students complete a series of great activities in their booklet.
We will also send home Parent Tip Sheets that will encourage conversations at home.
If at any time you would like to chat about the wellbeing programs at Trinity, or you have any questions or concerns about your child's wellbeing, please do not hesitate to see your child's teacher, or myself.
