                                 School Choir

I am overjoyed to announce that we are having at Aberfeldie Primary School, a SCHOOL CHOIR!

This is optional for all students to be involved; however, a commitment needs to be made to allow for perfect practice!

The students involved will be performing on the stage at the end of the year school celebration day.

We will be practicing at lunchtimes in the Performing Arts room.Please see the attached flyer for details on your class days.

ThinkUKnow Australia: Online Safety Sessions for Year 5/6 Students and Parents

Last term, we were fortunate to have the ThinkUKnow Australia program visit our school to deliver important online safety presentations to our Year 5/6 students. The sessions covered key topics, including how to stay safe online, recognising cyber risks, and responsible digital behaviour. Our students engaged in meaningful discussions and learned strategies to protect themselves in the digital world.

In addition to the student sessions, we also hosted a parent information session. This session provided valuable insights into how families can support their children's online safety. Topics included managing privacy settings, recognising cyberbullying, and fostering open communication about online activities.

We are grateful to ThinkUKnow Australia for their expertise and for empowering our school community with the tools and knowledge to navigate the online world safely.

Cheese Toastie & Donut - Food Theme Day Fundraiser

On Friday 1st November we will be having our Cheese Toastie & Donut Food Theme Day. You can view the menu and place your orders via the QKR App. 

Orders will close on Thursday 24th October.

This is a specially ordered event therefore late orders cannot be accepted.

Please check your child’s profile to ensure you have allocated them to their current class.

Important - if your child has food allergies and you are concerned, please email the office on aberfeldie.ps@education.vic.gov.au  as we are currently obtaining a full ingredient list.
