Grade 4 Camp
The Year 4’s enjoyed the challenges and fun of their Camp Oasis learning journey this year. It was a packed itinerary of activities and games, including the Giant Swing, Flying Fox, Candle Making, Low Ropes, Archery and a visit to the Reptile House. The students rose to the challenge of the Trivia night event, complete with collaborative team challenges testing both their wits and creativity. As the rain set in, our second night saw the students relaxing in the movie theatre as they enjoyed a sing-along version of the movie ‘Sing’. A highlight of the evening was the impromptu concert style singing and dancing to ‘I’m still standing’ at the conclusion of the movie. The Year 4’s embraced the message of the movie at camp, by approaching new challenges with positivity, determination and courage.
