The last day for school fees to be paid in full for the year is the 21st November. Next year, Armidale Catholic Schools will continue to collect school fees on the 21st of each month (Feb to Nov). You are able to pay these off in full at the start of the year if you wish.
As our Finance Department in Armidale are stream lining fee collections in 2026, this will be their automated corrospondences with regards to unpaid fees.
We encourage families to set up regular payments from their accounts using the B-Pay details on their statements so that payments are made on time. We do not mind if families would like to cut their monthly payments into half or quaters and pay them off in weekly or fortnightly portions if this suits the family budget better.
Armidale Catholic Schools are finding that some families are falling behind in their payments which has a financial impact directly on schools. Catholic schools only recieve a portion of their funding from state funds, so the balance of the costs to run schools is made up of school fees. What seems like the implementation of a much stricter collection policy, will actually mean schools across the Diocese do not have to try and budget resources and utilities for students from intermittent fee collections.
As always, families are encouraged to speak to our Principal Cherie Yates, if you are finding payments difficult to meet, so she can work out a payment plan with you to move forward.

Parent Info Sessions
Parents of our Kinder transition students are invited for information sessions with Mrs Yates straight after drop off each morning for days 2, 4 and 5.
These sessions will cover topics about the education of your child and general information about our school. This is a wonderful opportunity to ask any questions you may have, and for you to meet other parents from your child's class. These sessions are not compulsory as we understand many need to get to work. Hand outs covering the topics spoken about will be emailed to you.
