VOCABULARY

Unexpected situations: An event that surprises you that you didn’t think would happen.

Emotions: A strong feeling deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.

Respond: Do something as a reaction to someone or something.

You are stuck in a lift that has stopped between floors. The emergency call button isn’t working.
