Production Wrap Up

Dear Production Staff,

I just want to say a super heartfelt thank you to you all for an incredible experience for the kids,  their families and our school community with, once again, another terrific show. I was fortunate to see the show five times and I think the last night was, to quote Chef Louis, the Creme de la Creme of the two weeks! Wow, the energy from each and every person on stage was next level! The crew were so great with all the scene changes and lighting, it was just awesome! 

I listened to people in the foyer, at interval and even in the bathroom queue lol, over all my nights there and here are some things I happily overheard:

"I can't believe I'm watching and listening to teenagers!"

"How amazing are the costumes"

"The scene changes were so well done,  got a great crew here"

"I can't believe that it's a live band, the music was amazing"

"It was so well cast, each role just so well acted by each one"

"I love how every student on stage is just having the time of their lives"

As a parent, seeing not just my student take that step up, but all the kids go through the audition process, the hours of rehearsal and then perform so well for 2 weeks is just so precious. Watching the kids over the years grow in their confidence, and in performance skills, how wonderful!.  

Thanks for all the work,  hours, stress,  planning and fun that you give to this, year after year, for our children, it's so very appreciated by us all.  

Bravo and I hope you're able to rest well!

Thank you to the Parents of Performing Arts committee for donating the incredible prizes for this fundraiser and a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who bought a ticket. All funds raised go towards production costs.

Music Camp - Cancelled

Following the sad news of the passing of Instrumental Music Teacher, Mr Andrew Jacobs, we regretfully  made the difficult decision on Monday to cancel Music Camp as a sign of respect for both Mr Jacobs and the Instrumental Music staff and students during this time of grief.  Thank you for the support that we have received from families and others within our community.  Your understanding and kind messages have been appreciated.

Gala Concert 12 September

In the last week of term, we will hold our fabulous Gala Concert at Bunjil Place. This is always a wonderful night that showcases the creativity, dedication and passion of our students. Watch this space for more information!!
