Monster Mayhem in The Meadows - Call for volunteers!

Can you spare 1-2 hours between the times nominated below on – 28th October 2023??

Set-up before the event (BUMP IN) – 08.00am – 02.00pm

  • Assist directing vendors, rides etc to allocated site locations
  • Setup tents / marquees etc
  • Set-up signage
  • Direct traffic around site
  • Assist with oversight of vendor site set-ups
  • General set-up tasks as required

During the Event (03.00pm – 08.00pm)

  • Assist with ticketing at entry
  • Assist oversight of Event functions to ensure smooth running, such as VIP tent, Stage, Toilets, Rubbish Collection
  • General public enquiries

Pack up and end of the event (BUMP OUT) (08.00pm – 10.00pm)

  • Pack up tents / marquees etc
  • General help as required to assist vendors etc, leave site.
