School Parliament News - Drink Bottle Fundraiser

The Members of Parliament meet on a regular basis with a focus on helping to improve our school. We have been getting feedback from students in each class about ways we could do this. One of these is to make sure we have enough sports and play equipment for playtimes outside.

The idea the Members of Parliament came up with was to sell OHR Drink Bottles. Thankfully we found a company that is able to help us. A sample of the drink bottle can be seen on this page. As you can see they come with the school logo and your name laser engraved so that they can’t rub or scratch off.

They are 100% BPA-free Stainless Steel Bottles and are available in your choice of 5 great colours (blue, red, green, pink or black) and two sizes (500ml or 740ml).

The bottles cost $20 for the 500ml bottle and $22 for the 740ml bottle. You may want your first name on it or your surname (or even a nickname) but if you want 2 words it will be an extra dollar.

We make $5 for every bottle sold so the more we sell, the more money we will raise to spend on equipment we can all use. The eldest child in your family has been given an order form to take home. We have left some order forms in the office or you can access the form here. All orders need to be in to the office by Friday 9th September. Thank you.
