Bookweek this year was fantastic.

Lots of students enjoyed the daily competitions and dress up day was fun. 

Monday’s comp – What book is it?  Winner:  Clara 12/13 

Tuesday’s comp – Inventions – Student winner:  Leo Woodburne 9/12  

Staff winner: Meryl and Richard 9/12 

Wednesday’s comp – Find the book – Student winner:  Jess Shaw 21/21 with Jack Berry a close 2nd with 20/21

Friday – Dress up Day – starting with a quiz while Mrs Forman, Mrs Whatley and 2 Year 12 students, Breeanna Keys and Ivy Middleton, judged the costumes.

Some notable commendations include Sam Caddey one of our staff as Snow White and Year 12 student Layla Earl as the Grinch.

Congratulations to all winners. It’s been a terrific Bookweek.  I thank students and staff for dressing up, decorating and enjoying the competitions, making it a fantastic week.
