Dame Nellie Melba Kinder Visit

On Monday this week, the '4 year old' children from Dame Nellie Kinder visited us at Trinity. The children were involved in play based learning with our Prep students. They participated in Circle Time, read books in our library, and enjoyed some wonderful Art and Performing Arts activities. It was a great way for the kinder children to see what it's like to be at school. (You might even recognise a familiar face or two amongst the kinder children)

Learning Expo: "Come and Learn with Us" - Wed 13/9

On Wednesday 13th September we have our Learning Expo once again. This term it will look a little different from previous Learning Expos. We will be inviting parents to join their own child/ren in their class/es between 9am- 10am. The children will be engaging in literacy learning and you are welcome to join them as they learn. We look forward to seeing you on this morning!

Indigenous Literacy Day- Wed 6/9

On Wednesday 6th September we will be celebrating Indigenous Literacy Day at Trinity. The children will join a live broadcast from the Sydney Opera House, hosted by this year's ambassador - singer Jessica Mauboy, as well as enjoying some Indigenous Literature in their classes on this day. This aligns with content descriptions directly from the Victorian Curriculum and provides rich and diverse learning experiences for our students.
