BOOK WEEK

This week St Xavier’s students celebrated Book Week and the theme “Book An Adventure”. A dress up day was held on Monday where children came to school dressed as their favourite book character. There were some absolutely incredible costumes and it was so wonderful to see everyone dressed up and embracing the spirit of the day.

The Book Week parade was held before lunch and each grade had their turn in the spotlight. This year there were two lucky winners from each year. The prizes, a voucher to spend at the Term 4 Book Fair, were generously donated by Cass Hinchcliffe from Gunnedah Speech Pathology.
