Principal Reflections

Dear Parents/Carers,

An annual satisfaction survey of parents, students and staff will be conducted on behalf of all Catholic schools in the Diocese this term. The surveys are designed to gather feedback from parents, staff and students about our school and will be used to inform school improvement. Responses are confidential, and individuals can not be identified. The surveys will be launched via email on Monday, 25 August 2025, using the email addresses supplied to the school. If you do not receive an email with a link to the survey, you can access and complete the survey via the following link.

Australian Catholic Education Conference

This week, Andrew Millman and I are in Cairns attending the  Catholic Education Conference. This event provides an incredible opportunity for professional growth, and allows us to connect with educators from across the nation to deepen our understanding of our shared mission. We explored new and innovative teaching strategies and were inspired by discussions focused on strengthening our learning community. One of the highlights was the work that Armidale Catholic Schools is doing in partnership with Notre Dame University to support the placements of Early Career Teachers. Our very own Miss Watts featured as a success story in their presentation. Well done, Miss Watts!
