GYMNASTICS COMPETITION - KNOX
Gymnastics Competition – A Proud Moment for Our School
On Tuesday, twelve of our talented students competed at the gymnastics event held at the Knox Regional Sports Park. With an early start before sunrise, our competitors arrived full of nerves, excitement, and determination, ready to showcase the results of their hard work and training.
Despite some pre competition nerves, their preparation and determination shone through. They demonstrated impressive physical strength and skill, all while supporting and encouraging one another.
The day was filled with teamwork, positivity, and sportsmanship. Our students represented the school with kindness, respect, and care and we couldn’t be prouder. The fantastic results were simply the icing on the cake!
A huge thank you to all the families for your support, and a special mention to Claire Vagg, Katie Launder, and Bec Carmody for your invaluable help on the day.

A Disney watch was found on Monday. Please contact the office if you think it belong to your child.
We have a smart watch (band broken) at the office that found around 2 weeks ago near the sandpit area on the oval.
COLOUR EXPLOSION FUN RUN
The Colour Explosion School Fun Run will be on Friday September 12th from 12:30-2pm. We would love it if you were able to come and support your children on the day and even help with the event (WWCC will be needed to assist).
COST
The cost for the fun run will be $10 per child to cover costs for running the day. Payment is via CDFpay and includes sunglasses and headband to wear during the event.
WHAT STUDENTS WILL NEED ON THE DAY
● For the event pack:
an old WHITE or light coloured shirt,
shorts/pants (paint may slightly stain)
old closed in shoes to run in
an old towel and
a plastic bag to put dirty clothes and shoes in.
● Students will need to change back into their uniform after the event.
COLOUR POWDER
Colour Powder is made of high-quality cornstarch and permitted food colours, is non-toxic and biodegradable. Safety data sheet is available upon request.
If your child is not comfortable having colour powder on them there is an option to bypass the colour stations, please speak to your child's teacher.
SAMARITAN'S PURSE - CHRISTMAS BOXES
There are a few items are that are not accepted and are listed below.
FATHER'S DAY STALL
The Father's Day stall is on Thursday 4th September. Purchasing of gifts will be via CDFpay. A limit of 2 gifts per child. Cut off will be Wednesday 3rd. Please ensure that each child has their own order.
CAN YOU HELP OUT ON THE DAY OR FOR SET UP? If you can to assist on the day, or help with set up the day before, please let us know at the office and we will pass your offer onto the P & F team.
FATHER'S DAY BREAKFAST
Father's Day Brekkie is on again......Friday 5th September. Brekkie will be in the gym conference room 6.30-8.30am. Please place your order via CDFpay. Please pay for each person having breakfast (including students). You can order all brekkies via one child's account for this activity.
ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP OUT? If you can out on the morning or for set up the day before, that would be amazing. Please let the office know and we will forward your offer onto the P & F team.
