Student Free Day - next Wednesday, 13th August

A reminder to families that next Wednesday, 13th August, is a Student Free Day.  The College Office will also be closed on this day. 

 

All staff will be participating in a Spirituality Day facilitated by Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd. We are excited and looking forward to this wonderful opportunity for learning and growth together and thank you for your understanding.

Canteen Closed until 14th August

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the College canteen is currently closed and will reopen next Thursday, 14th August. 

Student Free Day - Tuesday 2nd September

Families are reminded of a Student Free Day for Subject Teacher Conversations on Tuesday 2nd September.  Further details regarding bookings will be provided to families in coming weeks.

Families are invited to share in the following celebrations attended by our students during Term 3.

 

Thursday 14th August - Liturgy for Foundation and Year 12 students at 9.15am in the Church

It has been wonderful to share the joy of our Buddy Program and the amazing work and efforts of these students. We look forward to celebrating with them.

 

Thursday 21st August - Liturgy celebrating Years 3, 4, 9 and 10 students at 9.15am in the Church.

 

Thursday 28th August - St Augustine's Feast Day - Whole School Mass at 11.30am in the Brigidine Centre

We invite our school community to join us to celebrate Mass, followed by our College Captain Applicant speeches and Family Picnic Lunch.

We are excited to welcome Fr Michael Morley to celebrate Mass with us on this day.

Wednesday 3rd September - Lone Pine Ceremony at 10.00am.

 

Thursday 4th September - Beaut Blokes Breakfast and Liturgy to celebrate the special men in our lives. Details to be provided soon.

 

Thursday 18th September - Mass and Liturgy celebrating Years 5, 6, 7 and 8 students at 9.15am in the Church. 

Book Week 2025 

Our Years F-6 Book Week Character Parade will be held on Friday 22nd August at 9.10am in the Brigidine Centre. We welcome all families to come and join us as we celebrate the gift of books and reading.  

 

The students are already excited about dressing up as their favourite book character and so are we! Costumes don’t need to be fancy and there are many easy, no fuss ideas available here: Costume ideas for Book Week or online at Creative Costumes  Places like Spotlight and Big W have lots of ideas too. Thank you to all our parents and caregivers for your support.  

Fr Michael Morley Jubilee Celebration

Fr Michael Morley is celebrating his 50th Jubilee this year. 

You are invited to join Fr Micheal for dinner at the Kyabram Club on Saturday 23rd August at 6.00pm. Fr Michael will be there from 5.00pm for a catch up for those who cannot stay for dinner.

Australian Catholic Youth Festival

Calling all Years 10 and 11 students!

We have an amazing opportunity to attend the Australian Catholic Youth Festival 2025 in Melbourne from 29th November - 3rd December. Transport, accommodation and most meals are included and we are able to support students who would like to attend.
