Finalising Term 3 Tuition Fees

We would like to thank those families that have been making regular instalments towards their fee obligations. If you have not yet made a payment for Term 3, we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible, as it is now considered overdue.

A reminder that regular instalments are required from the start of the school year as part of your child's enrolment at St Monica’s College. If you are not on a school-administered payment plan, payments are due in four equal instalments by the second week of each term.

Instalment 1 – 14 February, 2025

Instalment 2 – 2 May, 2025

Instalment 3 – 1 August, 2025

Instalment 4 – 17 October, 2025

Please note that extra-curricular activities are not included on your Fees Account Statement. Any additional charges for these activities will be billed separately with their own Terms and Conditions.

Payment Plans

We would like to remind families that it is never too late to sign up for a school administered payment plan. St Monica's College offers both Direct Debit and Credit Card payment options. Extended tuition account due dates are in place for families on a St Monica’s College school administered payment plan. Application forms for Direct Debit or Credit Card automatic payments can be completed online using the following link: https://www.stmonicas-epping.com/payment-plan/

2026 Re-Enrolment 

We would like to thank all families who have completed the re-enrolment process. If you have not paid your Re-Enrolment deposit or submitted your Re-Enrolment Agreement Form, this is now overdue, and we ask that you notify the school of your intentions immediately. This process secures your child’s place at St Monica’s College for 2026.If your child/children will not be returning next year you are still required to complete Re-Enrolment Agreement and can do so by using the following link:

Office Closure

The Fees Office will remain open throughout the school holidays between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm. Any queries can be directed to 9409 8800 or fees@stmonicas-epping.com. 

All payment options will remain available during this time:

1. Direct Debit Payment Plans (Recommended) – If you are on a School Administered payment plan, please make note of your 2025 Direct Debit 

2. At College Reception (Augustine House) – Payments can be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm

3. Online Payments via the community portal (located in the Finance tab, Fees) or via BPay.
