House Athletics Carnival
On Thursday 18 September, we will host our rescheduled House Athletics Carnival at Meadowglen International Athletics Stadium. This is a special event for our community, and we look forward to a fantastic day. The planning and organisation of an event this large, requires the coordination and support from all staff, students and families.
Please note the following general information regarding the event:
Please ensure online permission forms are completed via PAM, with relevant parental permission required.
The carnival is a closed event. Spectators will not be permitted in the venue or carpark.
To allow for shuttle bus services between the College and venue, carpark access will be restricted, with no parent pick-up permitted. Parents are advised to park away from the venue and have their child walk to them.
Students are advised to ensure that they bring their own food as no food is permitted to be delivered to the venue.
Students are encouraged to ensure they have plenty of water, wear a hat and wear sunscreen.
The morning service commences from Dalton Road Campus at 8:10AM.
Students that arrive to DRC will need to present to the multi-sport pitch
Students must arrive to DRC by 8:25AM to access the morning bus service
Please note that the afternoon bus service will return all students to the Davisson Street Campus
The shuttle bus service we provide will only be accessible for Year 7 students. Families who have indicated on permission forms that they will be using this service will need to be aware that:
The Athletics Carnival is always an enjoyable day for our College community. We encourage all students to get involved on the day, to have a go at a new activity, to cheer on their peers and to enjoy spending time with their friends.
