Kambala Boarders’ Outing: Yoga & Yo-Chi

On Sunday, the Kambala Boarders enjoyed a wonderful weekend outing to a yoga class and Yo CHI. The day began with a lunch in the sunshine at beautiful Rose Bay Beach, where the girls had time to relax, chat, and soak up the ocean views. Afterwards, the group travelled to Surry Hills for a calming yoga class. The girls learned a variety of poses and balances while also discovering the power of the breath to centre the body and mind. The session left everyone feeling relaxed, refreshed, and wonderfully zen. They also learned a few cool tricks to show their family and friends. To finish off the day, the girls were treated to frozen yoghurt at Yo-Chi, complete with a wide selection of exciting toppings. These delicious creations were certainly a highlight of the outing. It was a wonderful day out for all and a perfect reminder of the importance of balance, wellbeing, and connection.
