Congratulations to Chiathan in 2I for consistently displaying our Living Well, Learning Well rules for living by being a safe, respectful learner in everyday interactions at St Edward’s School.
A busy week of learning across our Year 2 classrooms
In 2H, Lily and Mia impressed us with their persuasive 'Big Writes' inspired by the true story of the 'Three Little Pigs'. Andrew demonstrated excellent skills in four-digit addition. During Science, students have been exploring how materials can be combined and changed.
In 2M, students had fun sorting Smarties into colour groups and creating simple bar graphs, building their understanding of collecting and displaying data.
2I have been learning about symbols that represent Jesus as the Light of the World and reflecting on how they can share his love through their actions.
