The Principal of Mazenod College welcomes applications from interested members of the community to be employed as Boarding House Supervisors in our Cebula Boarding Community. The Boarding Supervisor is in a position of immense trust and must be committed to ensuring that the safety and wellbeing of children are foremost in their decision-making and actions in the performance of their role.
Boarding Supervisors provide high-quality supervision while maintaining appropriate behaviours when engaging with children that are consistent with College policies as well as legislative requirements.
Boarding Supervisors are an integral part of the Cebula Boarding Community and are essential to the pastoral well-being of our boarding students. The Boarding Supervisor will promote the safety and wellbeing of children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds as well as children of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent.
Weekend shifts available are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Applications are welcome from suitable candidates who may want one or multiple shifts. Applicants may also be interested in joining our weeknight/weekend relief pool of supervisors.
On appointment, the successful applicant must have a current and valid Working with Children Check and a Western Australia Department of Education National Police History Check (NPHC).
