2024 Student Attendance Collection (STATS) Semester 1

As we near the end of term 2, the Finance Team starts to consider the next data collection.  During the upcoming school holidays we will be working on  the Semester 1 Student Attendance (STATS) Collection, which includes full time students in Year 1 to 10.

Throughout the next couple of weeks we will be periodically checking to make sure that rolls are marked and are up to date. We will also be checking for any inconsistencies within your rolls as these will also need to be cleared prior to the extract being run.  It is advisable to continually review for inconsistencies and have them cleared regularly.

Each school will be contacted if we note that the rolls are not complete or there are inconsistencies not cleared before the end of term.
